Seabeck Cairn #6

I'd been thinking about making cairns for a while and hadn't found the right stones. Then I came across a beach near Seabeck on the Hood Canal with so many good ones that I took a long walk and came home with about 100 pounds of rock. Made seven cairns for the yard. Cairns are deeply of place — you look for them to find your path. This one's my favorite: impossibly tall, almost magically so.
